Coastguards. They have to go over the edge of a cliff and learn how to direct a helicopter to a safe landing,
when they're faced with the challenge of rescuing an unconscious casualty before the tide comes in.

6 :01x06 - Fire Rescue

life savers. It's all hands to the pump when the Hero Squad Cadets join forces with the Dorset Fire Service and
learn the basics of fire rescue. Weighed down by their heavy breathing apparatus, the Cadets smash their way into
a smoke-filled building to rescue a Hero Squad casualty.

7 :01x07 - Mountain Rescue

life savers. The cadets need the help of some four-legged canine rescuers as they scour a large area of Dartmoor,
to find an injured walker. Good map reading skills and strong boots are essential as all the cadets try to
impress their Mountain rescue mentor and be awarded Hero of the Day.
