Fly High and Huggy is new for Easter 2014 on CBBC and CBeebies. Our latest innovative project for BBC Children’s, offers original stretch and squash multiplatform IP, with the potential to be delivered across 4 screens. Commissioned jointly by CBeebies and CBBC, for the cross-over audience (5-7’s), Fly High and Huggy is an animated comedy that will launch as a multi-platform game – play on desktop, mobile and tablet – with multiple races to complete, perfect and unlock. 5 short animations accompany the game launch.

Fly-High and Huggy is a funny, sweet animated world for 5-7 year olds. Starting its life online, it provides a rewarding game experience for children who are at the top end of the CBeebies audience, and ready to taste the spirit of CBBC.

Fly-High, a determined all-action squirrel, is Nutcarrier to the King - which means it's his job to get the Golden Nut up the tree for royal consumption every day - no matter what gets in his way. Luckily, Huggy is always on hand to help. She's Fly High's loyal and trusted best friend, who's always keen to help and has an insatiable need for hugs!

Fly-High and Huggy often find themselves road-testing mad owl scientist Professor Van Hoot's crackpot experiments, but they'll face any peril together in order to deliver the Golden Nut.

The aim of the game is to help them get the Golden Nut to the King as quickly as possible, as well as finding and collecting cool things that Fly-High loves along the way - but little ones need to watch out for hazards and odd creatures along the way who will try to prevent them from completing the task!

When children are able to comfortably complete this game, they will be offered the option of playing some higher levels over on the CBBC website, or to continue playing the CBeebies version.

1. The Inflatorater
Huggy is inflated like a balloon so she can float up the tree with the Golden Nut.

2. The Wheely Pulley Thingy
Huggy wears a pair of leaf pants to catapult her up to the king's castle.

3. The Seesaw Blaster
A new seesaw invention boings Huggy on another nut delivery for the squirrel king.

4. The Bubble Bath Belter Huggy and the Golden Nut have a bubble bath before they head to the king's castle.

5. Do Not Press the Red Button
Fly-High presses a red button and rocket blasts Huggy and the Golden Nut into space.
