[经典绘本朗读B组] Diary of a worm（现场配音PK合成音频）

MARCH 20Mom saysthere are three things I should always remember:1. The earth give us everything we need.2. When we dig tunnels , we help take care of the earth.(Must maketunnel help Earth breathe !)3. Never bother Daddy when he’s eating the newspaper.
MARCH 29Today Itried to teach Spider how to dig.First allof his legs got stuch.(I think I’vetwisted one of my ankles.)Then heswallowed a bunch of dirt.(I give up.)Tomorrowhe’s going to teach me how to walk upside down.
MARCH 30Worms cannotwalk upside down.APRIL 4Fishingseason started today. We all dug deeper.(Did you guyshear something?)
APRIL 10It rainedall night and the ground was soaked . We spent the entire day on the sidewalk.Hopscotchis a very dangerous game.
APRIL 15I forgot mylunch today. I got so hungry that I ate my homework.My teachermade me write “I will not eat my homework” ten times.When I wasfinished, I ate that , too.
APRIL 20I snuck upon some kids in the park today . They didn’t hear me coming.I wiggledup right between them and they SCREAMED.I love whenthey do that.
MAY 1Grandpataught us that good manners are very important.So today Isaid “good morning” to the first ant I saw .(Goodmorning.)There were600 more of them in line.(Good morning.Good morning.Good morning.How ya doin?Good morning.Nice to see you .Howdy. Goodmorning……)I stood thereall day.
MAY 8Had theworst nightmare last night-giant birds playing hopscotch.Mom says Ihave to stop eating so much garbage right before I go to bed.
MAY 15I got into afight with Spider today.He told me you need legs to be cool. Then he ran. Icouldn’t keep up. Maybe he’s right.
MAY 16I madeSpider laugh so hard, he fell out of his tree. Who needs legs?
MAY 28Last nightI went to the school dance. You put your head in.You putyour head out.You do thehokey pokey and you turn yourself about.That’s allwe could do.
JUNE 5Today wemade macaroni necklaces in art class.I broughtmine home and we ate it for dinner.(You’re verytalented.)
JUNE 15My oldersister thinks she’s so pretty.I told her that no matter how much time shespends looking in the mirror,her face will always look just like her rear end.Spiderthought that was really funny.Mom did not.
JULY 4When I growup,I want to be a Secret Service agent. Spider says I will have to be verycareful because the president might step on me by mistake.“It’s adangerous job,” I told him. “But someone’s got to do it.”
JULY 28Threethings I don’t like about being a worm:1. I can’tchew gum。2. I can’thave a dog.(Can we keephim, Mom?)3. All that homework.
JULY 29Three goodthings about being a worm:1. I neverhave to go to the dentist.(Nocavities-no teeth either.)2. I neverget in trouble for tracking mud through the house.3. I neverhave to take a bath.(Who’s mygrubby little boy?)
AUGUST 1It’s notalways easy being a worm. We’re very small, and sometimes people forget thatWe’re even here.But,like Momalways says, the earth never forget we’re here.
