莎拉簡大冒險（The Sarah Jane Adventures）是一套英国电视剧，由英国广播公司威尔士分部（BBC Wales）制作予儿童频道 CBBC。本剧由《神秘博士》监制 拉塞尔·T·戴维斯 原创，及由 伊丽莎白·斯莱登 主演。本剧是长寿科幻电视剧《神秘博士》的外传，讲述一名调查记者 Sarah Jane Smith 的历险。本剧于2007年1月1日在BBC第一台首播，首集60分钟特别版名为 "Invasion of the Bane"，完整一季为十集，截至2010年已经播出四季，但女主角伊丽莎白·斯莱登在2011年4月病故，因此本剧将告终止，再没有第五季的拍摄。[1]25分钟的节目于2007年9月24日开始播映。
