你什么时候下单的？也没发货吗？邮件怎么说呢
刚收到邮件回复如下：
LEGO® Education North America is the distributor for LEGO Education products within the United States. Generally, our products are not to be shipped or resold outside the US. Your order specifies delivery to a known international freight forwarding company and, unfortunately, we are unable to process orders that may be shipped outside of the United States. We understand that some products are not available in all areas. Please contact North American Sales Manager George Yaghmour at 866-421-5346, and he will determine if we are to process your request. If we cannot, he will direct you to the correct distributor.

意思大概是公认的转运地址不给发。

你是填的免税州地址吗
今天收到发货邮件了。接下来怎么操作。直接转运公司填写信息就行了吗 接下来就是去转运公司报备订单号了（这个可以不做），等到了转运公司入库了，你就好付转运费了 我也刚刚收到发货通知了{:soso_e113:} 本帖最后由 ppbaby 于 2013-3-21 10:39 编辑
