出考题：talk to you? talk with you? 有何不同？

前几天写email, 我说talk with you, 他回talk to you. 我这才好好研究了一下。

两个都有和谁聊天的意思，talk with you，感觉上是你一句我一句，talk to you有指向性，一个人聊得多，一个人说得少，比如一个学生说，今天老师找我谈话了，可以说：the teacher talked to me today.

The difference is in the power relationship.You talk to somebody who is inferior to you.You talk with somebody who has equal power or is superior than you.

So, you can talk to your staff but you must talk with your boss.

talk to 一般是上级对下级，父母对孩子等，有需要对方理解或执行谈话所涉及内容的含义。
talk with是两人对某个话题进行交流，没有命令含义。
我的个人理解。

其实你可以说may i talk about 什么什么问题with you，可能就没有什么歧义了。
