两个都能表示在床上，但这是英美习惯表达不一样，in bed 或on the bed 一个用定冠词一个不用

To lie on the bed. 躺在被子上。
To lie in bed. 钻进被窝里。
To be in bed. 卧床了（病了？）

前几天在听语感启蒙的时候，我儿子也问这个问题了，“不是Sleep in the bed吗，这里怎么是sleep on the bed？”感觉睡在床上应该是in the bed，物体放置在床上是on the bed.
