Your mommy's gone里这个's是什么的缩写?
卡由第一集卡由刚上幼儿园,小男孩leo笑话他哭喊妈妈,就说了:Your mommy's gone。请教一下,这个's是has还是is?我记得is gone好像代表去世了,那应该就是has gone吧? —般都应该是is gone, gone 这里是形容词 When someone is gone, they have left the place where you are and are no longer there. 还真是很认真呀,感觉是is gone 直觉上是is。楼上各位有很学术的回复啊 希望能早日发帖,为论坛做贡献
is 或was,表示走了,小孩子说可能是is 我的直觉是has loifairy 发表于 2013-12-18 09:31
he is gone: means separation or farewell, he may not come back again or it is hard to find him
he has gone: means he is not here, but you may get him easily
和http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20100304214813AAPH6vx里说的:
The verb in "He has gone" is the present perfect, "has gone." In "He is gone," "gone" is a participial adjective, like "bored," "excited," "married." These adjectives come from verbs.
By themselves, they both mean pretty much the same thing: He is not here. But if you want to add to the sentence, you don't have your choice of which to use. Example: He has gone to Hawaii. He went there last year. The present perfect expresses unfinished time--he has gone to Hawaii at some time in his life.
If you expect him to be in a room and you discover that he isn't, you can say, "He is gone." 我觉得是has tiantian2008 发表于 2013-12-18 06:26 static/image/common/back.gif

不认真不行啊,我本来直接念“'s gone”,不打算解释什么的,孩子自己特清楚的念了个“is gone”。我一下子就反应出在哪里见过这个说法是说去世了,赶紧纠正他,这个's是has的缩写,不是is的缩写。可是后来越想心里越没底,所以问问,看来这个不起眼的小问题还是有点小争议的 anywaygow 发表于 2013-12-18 11:03 static/image/common/back.gif

口语中经常用到be gone,就是走了,离开了。在有的语境中是离世的意思。需要的是具体的语境,具体分析。更符合语法规范的是has gone。
类似的还有is done/finished
直觉是was,再想想应该是has。再等权威说法! 一起呼唤权威给个斩钉截铁的说法{:soso_e130:} 直觉是 has gone 学习了,问了问孩子
