不知道发到哪个版块才对，如果发的不对请斑斑移走。 这书里面有一句话说I wash the salts and peppers and fill the ketchups. wash the salts是啥？难道我的书印错了吗？是某王上买的。帮顶。。。 salt and pepper是常见的调料，拿个小瓶子装着放桌上的，这里指帮忙洗装盐和胡椒的小瓶子。 同意楼上。这本书有中文版《妈妈的红沙发》，母亲节的时候给儿子买的。楼主可以参考一下中文的翻译，这里有一个：

所以严格的说，当用到salts时，这个已经不是我们通常意义的食盐了。
peppers

所以，用于调料的胡椒类的pepper应该是不可数的。
