感觉国外的报道也有点胡扯，不可全信的。

楼主，其实不需要翻译你也看得懂的，对吗。

这个作者真的是信口雌黄，大概他连 Traditional herbal medicine （传统草药）和 Acupuncture（针灸）两者有何分别都不知道。1822年是道光二年，当年道光帝确实是废止了针灸，但不是所有草药。
