我是看了另外一个帖子说加拿大老师给他的信的那句话想起这个问题的。这两种说法有什么区别？如果让你写，你用哪句？

兩句用法都對，只是用 yourself 有表達強調、加強語氣之意。
可以google "poeple like yourself" 有更多例子。
