请教Handy, Candy, call me Sandy什么意思

这是KID`S ABC第三集里的句子，JJ手蔵小老鼠，让Candy和Coco猜哪只手，口中念叨handy,candy,call me sandy.
handy,candy,sandy的首字母是不是大写记不清了，是人名吗？Sandy有特别的含义吗？

还有Flore带两个小朋友边唱边跳的那首歌：

In, out, in, out, shake it all about.
You do the hokey pokey,
and you turn around.

HOKEY POKEY是很出名的一首儿童歌曲。歌词如下。

Written By: Roland Lawrence LaPrise, concocted the song along with two fellow musicians in the late 1940s for the ski crowd in Sun Valley, Idaho. 我觉得也是，就好象念完这个咒语，就会有东西变出来。另外the hokey pokey的歌曲好象是做个牢房什么的把自己关起来。
