美逊良心商家,延迟送达主动退全额运费。
根据板上的申讨运费的帖子,我用百度翻译,尝试着追寻我的订单。先报了订单号,然后说了账户,然后开始说情况。
东西13号买的,当时预计7号到。7号倒是到了国内了。也递交了资料,但是今天还没有消息。
客服没有直接回答什么时候送到,
心想只有等等,没有主动提退运费,怕丢中国人的脸,
直邮才30多元,良心商家啊,我怎么好意思退。
结果主动提出要退运费。
节约了。。。。免邮了。
不着急用的东西,延误一下也划算啊。
关闭对话1分钟就收到退费邮件了。

直接说,我没有收到东西,我申请退款么?会不会真的就退货了。
这么好的服务,真不错 个人觉得,如果运费算错了,可以联系客服退还多出的运费,但是对于那些到了预定的时间还未收到货的,建议不要急于去联系客服退还运费!美亚上那个时间也仅仅是个估算值,毕竟我们在天朝,相隔上万公里,未知不可抗因素太多,特别是海关这个老大爷。海淘就是个考验耐心的活!最后希望各位萌妈都能如期完美收到自己的货物! 老美退还运费的原因,是他们把这个延误处理为一次异常情况,并用退运费这个善意行为来安慰美亚的忠实客户,并不是说他们一定得退还运费! 这种服务才会有回头客 我之前从美逊买的东西也是过了预计到货日期两周了还么到,给物流公司发邮件收到的回复跟没回复一样。忍不住给Amazon写了邮件,人家让我再等几天并且给我退了运费,还说如果到几号还没收到货可以申请全额退款。这样的服务没话说!必须赞! 这其实不是服务,而是一个BUG,对于小买家来说,或许没什么,就算没道德了,一年也顶多通过变相退运费和全额退款后照样收货这种办法,占美亚个万八千的RMB便宜,对大些大买家和大代购,通过这个方式,一年基本上能撸10多万RMB的订单,有些事情不好多说,只能说,在中国买家面前,这种服务简直是自寻死路,迟早步德逊后尘重新调整,等着看吧:lol
