    Wiggles是誰?
    1991年，在澳洲有4名专注音乐创作的幼教老師，有感于澳洲幼儿的音乐舞蹈创作表演过于贫乏，决定以他们幼儿教育的专长，结合对音乐的热情，开创出一种特別为学龄前儿童设计的幼儿音乐表演娱乐形式。他们希望儿童们能快乐的摇摆，所以将乐团命名为the Wiggles，同时开始巡迴演出，从此开启了幼儿娱乐的新领域。

    The Wiggles的辉煌：
    十几年来，这个乐队组合以他们寓教于乐的热情幽默的表演，陪伴澳洲儿童度过他们的童年。他们除了密集的在澳洲各地巡回演出外，Wiggles还在电视上播出，同时发行音乐、录影带。音乐CD已销售超过100万张、录影带DVD销售更突破300万张。据估计，目前在澳洲平均每2个学龄前儿童，就有一个曾经参加Wiggles的现场演出，或是在家中跟着Wiggles的音乐或影带哼唱摇摆。

    1999年起，Wiggles远征美国、加拿大、中东、日本、香港和台湾等国家及地区。所到之处无不刮起一股旋风，不但获得家长和儿童的共鸣，更是好评如潮；现在The Wiggles 已经是全世界首屈一指的儿童娱乐组合。
    2002年冬天，Wiggles在費城、华盛顿的巡迴演出，每场门票都在半小时内销售一空，黃牛票价高达300美金；并同时当选2002年纽约复活节大游行中最受欢迎的团体。2002年The Wiggles在香港演出，全部门票在2小时内销售一空。

    Wiggles带动了全球幼儿音乐娱乐风潮，迪斯尼这个娱乐界的翘楚，立即出手介入，迪斯尼与Wiggles进行了全球策略性结盟，大力推广Wiggles本土化。台湾被选择为全球第一个Wiggles本土化的市场。除全面中文化之外，台湾Wiggles的成员更年轻化、多元化（许多国内音乐网站都可见到这个华人组合的歌曲）。他们在迪斯尼的大家族中，扮演陪伴小朋友快乐成长、与小朋友互动，一起亲身体验欢乐的亲善大使。紧接之后，日本、韩国亦将推出属于当地的Wiggles。

    Anthony(常穿蓝衣)最爱吃东西； Greg(黄衣)喜欢唱歌跳舞； Murray(红衣) 就最爱弹吉他; 而Jeff (紫衣) 总爱打瞌睡， 要观众朋友们大喊“ Wake Up Jeff”才能把他叫醒。和他们一起表演的还有他们一班好朋友包括小狗Wags、恐龙Dorothy、八爪鱼Henry和Feathersword船长。
