Little Robots is a stop-motion animated children's TV series, produced by Cosgrove Hall Films for Create TV and Film Limited and broadcast on CBeebies (the BBC's children's channel). The fiction series was based on the eponymous book by Mike Brownlow in 1999, published by Ragged Bears Publishing. It is distributed by BBC Worldwide to over 60 countries.

由英国BBC广播公司制作发行的《机器人历险记》呈现的是一個用金属建造的异想世界，与外界的唯一连接是一条输送管，不时送來废弃的金属共他們处理利用，里面住着一群被弃置在废铁堆里的机器人，他們各司其职，运用各种工具与丰富的想像力，敲敲打打、修修补补，利用废铁打造一个美好的世界。
健康向上的故事内容，寓教于乐
世界的中心是一棵螺丝树，是他们最伟大的创作，旁边是他们温暖的家园，每个机器人都利用废铁建造了一个属于自己的家，有的是用磁铁、有的是用音箱…等废弃物来建造，不仅符合环保的潮流，更是符合他们的个性，此外，他们还制作了白天、黑夜以及日月星辰，只要激活一个小小的机关就可以切换昼夜，有如真实的世界。在这个奇妙的世界里，住着一大群机器人，每一个机器人都有特殊的个性与专长，而他们的名字也与他们的个性与外貌息息相关。这部动画十分发人深省，希望对小朋友传达几个重要的概念， 人类必须要在社群里生活，大家和平相处互相帮助，运用逻辑思考解决问题，同时也要发展个人的特色与才能，创造一个独特的个体，此外，还宣导环保观念，发挥创造力让废物成为有用的东西，来保护我们宝贵的地球。
Little Robots: Series 1 (2007)
1. One Hundred
Tiny is about to pull the day/night lever when the moon falls off the sky.
2. Spotty's Clean Machine
Spotty urges Stretchy to invent a cleaning machine.
3. Stretchy in a Twist
Stretchy tries to do too many things at once and gets his long neck tied in a knot.
4. Robot Race Day
Sporty is determined to show off his sporting prowess to the other Little Robots.
5. Knock Knock
Spotty and Scary are confused about which door is which at the Sparky Twins' house.
6. The Hiccalots
Noisy gets a bad case of the hiccalots and Tiny, Scary and Sporty try to get rid of them.
7. A Friend for Teddy
Rusty is embarrassed when she discovers Spotty's secret affection for her slippers.
8. Sound of Music
Sporty is horrified to discover that Noisy wants him to be the singer in a band.
9. Stripy on the Ball
Stripy makes a ball but the Sparky Twins steal it.
10. Scary, Scary
Scary manages to frighten the robots accidentally.
11. Hole in the Sky
Rusty is horrified to discover a hole in the sky above her house.
12. Noisy's New Song
The hatch in Stretchy's junkyard is jammed. He tries to enlist Spotty's help.
13. A Bit of Give and Take
Tiny wants help in making the Nut and Bolt Tree a fun place to be when he is on his own.
Little Robots: Series 2 (2007)
1. Barking Mad
Messy barks all night at a non-existent cat.
2. Tiny Who?
Spotty offers the Sparky Twins an opportunity for mischief.
3. The Big Bounce
Rusty is looking forward to her bouncing lesson with Sporty.
4. Reach for the Sky
Sporty envies the Robobirds' ability to fly, and Stretchy has problems with some magnets.
5. Spotty Rules
Spotty decides that the Little Robots should be in her club and follow her commands.
6. Not a Drum Was Heard
Spotty cannot bear the din when Noisy practises on his drums and sneaks the drum away.
7. Spotty's Big Idea
Spotty decides she wants to be an artist and builds a huge sculpture from junk.
8. Seeing Double
Sporty and Messy are horrified when they break 'Tiny' into pieces while playing ball.
9. The Box of Shocks
Noisy is very taken with a box that comes down Stretchy's chute.
10. By Myself
Stripy wants to go fishing on his own, but the other Little Robots want to come along.
11. Sweet Dreams, Scary
Scary is so tired, he falls asleep in the middle of one of his magic tricks.
12. United
Stripy needs to borrow some oil from Tiny.
13. Spotlight on Stretchy
Stretchy takes it to heart when the Sparky Twins tell him that he's no fun.
Little Robots Series 3 (2007)
1. Where's Teddy?
Stop-frame animation. Stripy loses Teddy and everyone joins in the search.
2. Red Alert
An intruder has broken into the Little Robot world; it is Stretchy's latest invention.
3. The Waker-Upper
Tiny oversleeps and doesn't turn the day on so Stretchy makes him a waker-upper machine.
4. Too Speedy Sporty
Sporty is just too fast and causes havoc with his high speeds.
5. Bump in the Night
The Sparky Twins ask Scary if they can borrow Flappy to be in their new show.
6. The Wind Machine
Tiny makes a wind machine so Scary's bunting will flutter.
7. The Odd Couple
Noisy stays with Stripy while his house is being fixed after an accident.
8. Good Sport Sporty
Sporty finishes his chores, but ends up helping everyone finish theirs as well.
9. Metal Makes Us Special
It is almost Metal Makes Us Special Day, when the robots celebrate what they are made of.
10. Look Out Spotty
Spotty becomes obsessed with health and safety concerns.
11. Down Tools Tiny
Tiny feels unappreciated, so he decides to let the others sort out their own problems.
12. Screw Loose Spotty
When Spotty takes a tumble, she loosens a screw and goes into demolition mode.
13. Who Did That?
The Sparkies build remote controls that they find work on the birds.
Little Robots: Series 4 (2007)
8. Wheels are Fun
Tiny's new invention causes much excitement amongst the Little Robots.
2. Teddy's Big Day Out
Tiny doesn't want to worry Stripy by telling him his bear has gone missing.
3. Under the Stars
Spotty persuades Rusty to head off into the Wasteland with her.
4. Fly Me to the Moon
Scary decides he wants to be more like Flappy the Bat, so tries to fly to the moon.
5. Stripy's Dancing Flowers
The Sparky Twins are up to their usual tricks, causing mayhem and chaos.
6. The Show Must Go On
Scary wants to put on a show and goes on a search for a glamorous assistant.
7. On Balance
Tiny's metal measurer is used as a see-saw by the Sparky twins, much to Spotty's distress.
8. Noisy Knows Noise
Messy hits his head and all of a sudden starts to moo, baa and miaow instead of barking.
9. Small Shiny Metal Things
Rusty's collection of small shiny metal things is disappearing piece by piece.
10. Swings and Roundabouts
Scary wants the other little robots to entertain him for a change.
11. Amazing Scary
Scary builds a maze in the wasteland. Everyone is excited about the new attraction.
12. Repeat After Me
Stripy speeds up but the others decide he was better being slow.
13. Sparkle Day
It's Sparkle Day - a very important date in the Little Robots' calendar.
