百年经典《Grug》原译“澳洲小草怪”
本帖最后由 haroldxi 于 2015-12-29 11:36 编辑Grug, 他虽然貌不惊人，但乐观独立勇敢，他的所做所为就好象是每个小孩子经历过的。而他遇到到任何事情，都不会放弃，都能以自己特有的试完美的解决。所以这系列往成为小孩子们的最爱。本人在某当活动的时候以极低的价格买了中文版的24本，没想到这小小的小草怪成了儿子的最爱。
于于想肯定这里有英文版的，一搜果然不少，而且发现这一系列其实应该是30本的。可是网上能搜到的并不全，做好电子版大概有14本，然而，网上的电子版并不太令人满意，于便有了自己做全这一套小绘本的决心。想法是好的，但行动起来是艰难的。不过了目标，行动就不再令人觉得辛苦。每做一本就尽快上传，争取尽快做完。 对每一本都进行了ps，对每一本都重新进行了翻译，翻译的原则就是尽量贴近原文，尽量贴近小孩子的思维，尽量贴近小孩子的语言。
对于小主人公Grug，将其译为"小呱呱"，主要是因为发音贴近，而有部美国动画《疯狂原始人》中的爸爸也叫Grug，被译成瓜哥，所以我把Grug译作了小呱呱。希望关注的爸爸妈妈喜欢。希望能给孩子们带来欢乐。
每本订价是2贝壳，因为只要回复一下，你就就2贝壳了，所以不用担心无贝壳而下载不了。

One day grug saw a big red apple.
He looked at it for a long time.
Plomp!
Grug wanted to take the apple home, but it was too heavy. So...
...he rolled it.
It rolled him onto a hollow log.
BUMP! Cara the carpet snake woke with a start.
She spiralled herself around the apple.
'I don't like big red thing,' she said. But...
...she helped take it to grug's cellar.
Grug felt hungry.
Very hungry...

One day grug saw a big red apple.

Grug felt happy. It was a clear
sunny day- a fine day for a walk.
He strolled down to the creek.
Grug found Cara the carpet snake
sleeping on a rock in the sun.
Cara awoke...
...and she slid gracefully into the water.
Grug plunged in after her...
... but he could not swim!
Cara dragged sorry, soggy Grug
up onto the grassy bank.
Grug would have to learn to swim.
Grug slowly, carefully, walked
into the water.
To his surprise he floated...
...the right way up!
Grug paddled with his feet like a duck.
At last, Grug could swim! Grug meets Snoot
One morning Grug was
gathering firewood.
He heard s sound in the long grass
nearby. Grug moved closer and saw...
...a bundle of spikes.
OUCH! The spikes were sharp.
Grug poked the spikes with a stick
and they hissed at him.
A long slender nose slithered out
and sniffed at Grug's toes.
It was Snoot the echidna.
Snoot wanted to play...
...but his spikes got in the way.
It was such a good game that Snoot
rolled over on his back and laughed...
...then he hid under Grug's grassy shape.
So Grug joined in the fun.
Now Snoot and Grug were the
best of friends.
Grug and the circus
One day Grug was daydreaming when
he saw the top of a very large tent.
It was a circus!
Grug peered inside and watched
some performers practising.
This gave Grug an idea!
He hurried home to start his own circus
down by the creek.
He tied a rope to a tree and swung on it.
Splash!
He built a large ball out of sticks...
and rolled down the hill.
Cara joined in the fun.
Splash!
Grug and Cara tied a rope
between two trees.
They walked the tightrope.
Another splash!
Grug put on his circus hat and drum.
Cara performed tricks.
Then they marched through the forest
performing for all their friends.
That night Grug dreamt he was
a famous circus performer.

Grug builds a car
Grug was reading about cars.
He decided to buil a car.
Grug nailed some wooden planks together.
He found some old bicycle wheels and put them on the back of his car.
He made a steering wheel...
and joined it to the front with string.
Grug painted the car in bright colours.
He called it aGrugmobile.
Grug put on his driving cap and goggles.
He gave a push with his feet and the car rolled down the hill.
接上楼
Cara was in the way...so she went for a drive too!
Over the bridge they went.
They stopped, rolled backwards, over the bridge again...and back up the other side.
The grugmobile sped down the hill again.
But this time Grug missed the bridge...SPLASH!
'Why don't you make a boat instead?' Cara asked.

Grug loved to look at books
Sometimes he borrowed books from the local library
When Grug looked at the pictures in a book he could understandthe story ...
...but he could not read the words
"How can I learn to read ?'Wondered Grug.
Then he had an idea !
First he built his own blackboard.
Then each day Grug walked to the nearby school...
and peered through the window
He copied the words from the schoolblackboard and carefully listened to the children saying the words
Grug carried the words home
He copied them over and over on his blackboard
When he had practised many words
Grug wrote a simple sentence ...
Now Grug tried reading the words in a book
Some of the words were too hard so he practised until he had learnt them
Now Grug could read ! But he still loved to look at the pictures
That night Grug went to bed and read his favourite book
Grug learns to fly
Grug often watched the birds flying in the sky. he wished he could fly like them.
Grug had an idea. He tied sticks together and covered them with paper.
Grug had wings!
He jumped off the top of a large rock and flapped his wings.
Crash!
Then Grug had a better idea. He tied more sticks together and covered them with paper.
He added the wings to make a plane.
Grug carried the plane to the top of a steep hill and ran as fast as he could.
This time he was flying!
The plane began to dip. It was time to land!
But Grug did not know how to land the plane.
Grug and his plane bounced along the ground...
...until Grug crashed into Cara's hollow log.
