喜欢的话，请帮我点赞哦！1.His name wasPezzetino.All the others were big anddid daring and wonderful things.He wassmall and surely must be a little piece of somebody else, he thought.He often wondered whose little piece he couldbe, and one day he decided to find out. 2.“Excuse Me, ” heasked the one who runs, “am I perhaps your little piece?How could I possibly run if I had a piecemissing?” said the one who runs, somewhat surprised. 3.“Am I your littlepiece?” he asked the strong one.‘Howcould I be strong if I had a piece missing?” was the answer. 4.And when theswimming one came up to the surface, Pezzettino asked him too.“How could I swim if I had a piece missing?” Answered the swimming one and he dove back into the deep water!” 5.“You up there!”shouted Pezzettino.“Am I a little pieceof yours?”The one on the mountainlaughed.“Do you think I could climbmountains if I had a piece missing?” 6.Pezzettino askedthe flying one too. But the answer was always the same. 7.Finally,Pezzettino went to the wise-one who lived in a cave.“Wise-One”, he said.“Am I a little pice of yours?“Do you think I could be wise if I had apiece missing?“ Answered the wise-one.“Imust be someone’s little piece” Pezzettino cried out.”How can I find out? “ “ Go to the Island of Wham”, said thewise-one. 8.Early the nextmorning Pezzetino took off in his little boat. 9.After a rough tripon the high sea, he arrived wet and tired on the island of Wham. 10.How strange!The island was nothing but heaps of pebbles.Not a tree, not a blade of grass.And above all, not a single living creature.(no 11) Pezzettinoclimbed up and down, up and down until finally, exhausted, he tripped, andtumbled down……. 12.….and broke intolots of little pieces!The wise-one hadbeen right.Pezettino now knew that hetoo, like all the others, was made of little pieces.He picked himself up, and when he was surethere was not a single little piece missing, he ran back to the boat. 13.He rowed allnight to get home as fast as he could. 14.All of hisfriends were waiting for him.“I ammyself!” he shouted full of Joy!Hisfriends did not understand what he meant. But Pezzettino seemed happy and they were happy too.
