荣格(CarlG.Jung,1875年7月26日～1961年6月6日)瑞士著名的哲学家、心理学家和精神分析医师，分析心理学的创立者。早年曾与弗洛伊德合作，曾被弗洛伊德任命为第一届国际精神分析学会的主席，后来由于两人观点不同而分裂。与弗洛伊德相比，荣格更强调人的精神有崇高的抱负，反对弗洛伊德的自然主义倾向。 荣格认为精神病患者的幻想或妄想是建立在自古以来的神话、传说、故事等共通的基本模式上的因此提倡所谓原型的观点。 以此观点为基础，他广泛着眼于全世界的宗教，反对欧洲中心主义，不断努力促使支撑欧美文化的基督教与自然科学两者相对化。
