妈妈自己先做一只饥饿的毛毛虫，到处吃东西，最后变成蝴蝶。然后带儿子一起做。既可以复习书里的词汇和表达，又能复习有关食物的单词。
I am a little caterpillar. Do you know who is my mummy? I will tell you later.
Once I am a tiny egg. （俯下身体，做蜷缩成eggd的形状）I grow inside the egg, and become bigger and bigger.
Then I want to hatch out.
I nibble a hole on the eggshell,（用手指做向上戳的动作）and wriggle out of the hole.（扭动身体做wriggle的动作） I am free now.
I feel very very hungry, and I want to eat something.
（到处找东西吃，复习各种食物的表述）……
I eat and eat ,and become bigger and bigger. Now my skin feels very tight ,I want to take off it and put on a bigger skin. So I start to shed my skin . I wriggle out of my skin ,and ne w skin is already on my body, it fit me very well.
Then I go on eating. and go on shedding.until I have bright stripes on my body.
Do you know how many arms and legs I have?（和孩子互动，让他回答）6-10
After 4 weeks, I am a full-grown caterpillar.
Then I need some place to hide myself.I begain to chang my shape.
Now I am not the caterpillar anymore, I am a chrysalis.（俯下身体做蛹状）
I climb out of my pouch （爬的动作）,now I am the butterfly.
At first ,my new wings are crumpled and wet, I will rest in the sunshine,then they are flat.
And I can fly now!（飞的动作）I can flutter though the meadow now! I look like my mummy now!
