12道情绪方面的I-Statements
最近,为了解决一些小问题,把年初参加的Emotional Coaching的材料又找出来温习了下。看到课堂讨论时老师让我们花几分钟写答案,然后一起分享的问题。看看自己当时写的,再回想今早的火气,不得不感叹:说与做差距蛮大,还需要修炼修炼,不断地修炼。
I-Statements
Practice making I-Statements that identify your feeling related to a particular experience with your child. Write down what you could say to your child. Be careful to just state your feeling and the problem rather than blame your child. For example, "I feel frustrated when I have to ask something several times" is better than "You mke me mad when you don't listen." 1 Child won't eat food that he/she normally likes.
Parent I-Statement:
2 Child dawdles instead of getting ready in the morning.
Parent I-Statement:
3 Child does not say 'Please' or 'Thank you'.
Parent I-Statement:
4 Child runs into the steet without looking.
Parent I-Statement:
5 Child does not pick up mess.
Parent I-Statement:
6 Child keeps getting up, rather than trying to go to sleep at bedtime.
Parent I-Statement:
7 Child does something especially nice for sibling or playmate.
Parent I-Statement:
8 Child pushes parent away in a rough manner.
Parent I-Statement:
9 Child purposefully antagonizes sibling or playmate.
Parent I-Statement:
10 Child doesn't want to take parent's hand in parking lot.
Parent I-Statement:
11 Child goes too close to an unfamiliar dog.
Parent I-Statement:
12 Child complies with arent request.
