TD Theme:  How the World Works

Central Idea:  Inventions over time allow societies to function more efficiently

Teacher questions:

PYP探究课的一大特点是在学习过程中要不断research，深入思考，并写大量的reflection。

Freya又耍小聪明偷懒，凡是要写发明家的report就写爱迪生，凡是要写发明的就写爱迪生发明的电灯泡。在好几篇writing递交之后，终于有一天，老师忍耐不住了，告诉她不能再写爱迪生和灯泡，必须换别的内容。小丫头回来一想改成electricity，继续通不过。最后一波的research和reflection的内容不得不改成“玻璃”来写，终于通过了。

3周的学习过程中，孩子自由组队（每组1-3人），创作自己的发明，并在今年的Science Fair上以小组形式展示成果。

Freya和她的好友组成2人发明组，Freya的想法是做一个doodling machine，好朋友想做个开铅笔盒机，最后的参展作品是两者合体，取名Doodling Machine。 名字必须要高大上，哈哈哈。
