Going to the Fire House

I can't believe this book is in ' I can read level 0'. It's not easy for Ann to understand at her age (almost 4). Maybe it's because she has no idea what a fire house is. Although it comes out once in Dora the explorer, the fire engine saves the little kitten in the tree. She doesn't understand why there is a fire and why we have to fight it. Fire is just something used to cook in the kitchen. Maybe I could show her some pictures about fire disaster, but I'm afraid she would be very scared.
