1年52周100本英文绘本听读书单
从“阅听”自然衔接到“阅读”循序渐进大致可分成三阶段。
第一阶段：有重复性的押韵绘本
此阶段是以有重复性的押韵绘本为主，主要目的在于养成音感与听力。推荐的是《My Very First Mother Goose》，“这包含了英文发音的四十四种音素，是让听觉敏锐，进而朗朗上口的最好方法。”
《My Very First Mother Goose》所收录的押韵诗歌，就如同小时候玩游戏时会念的“小皮球，香蕉油”或“小老鼠，上灯台”一般，主要是透过押韵的诵读来培养语感。
“重复”，是她替孩子选购英文儿童绘本的首要原则。从一开始的“句子、句型重复”，到因情境、地点、对象不同，用字也会不同的“概念重复”。
第二阶段：角色重复或风格幽默的图画书
学习语言的第一步是透过“声音”捕捉“意义”，第二阶段才是透过字音、字义的连结来认识字形。因此，让孩子从大量“阅听”自然衔接到“阅读”，而非一开始就要求孩子学习认字。
推荐《Dr. Seuss's ABC》、《Hop On Pop》，或是《The Cat in the hat and Other Dr. Seuss Favorites》中所收录的《Horton Hatches the Egg》等。
第三阶段：知识性的主题绘本
到了第三阶段，透过图文并茂的自然科学、知识性主题绘本，让孩子自然而然熟悉专业领域的字汇。例如由Scholastic出版的【I AM】系列，就是提供给孩子拓展知识广度的启蒙书籍。在《I Am a Seed》、《I Am a Leaf》等一系列书籍中，透过孩子深感兴趣的大自然主题，让“叶绿素”、“光合作用”……这些原本似乎很艰涩的知识性词汇，很容易就能被吸收。
把期待埋在心里，认真执行
播放原则：定时、定量、循环。每周选定3本英文有声故事书，每天播放3次，例如可选定餐前或餐后播放，第二个月重复前一个月的书单。
陪伴原则：让孩子当听众而非读者，不要强迫认字；让孩子先感受语言的“音”，再透过声音捕捉“意义”。
