Describe a vegetable that I dislike
Carrot
Carrot is an orange colored, root vegetable. It is often orange, but some carrots are purple, black, red, white, and yellow.
The plant was originated in Persia and was originally planted for its leaves and seeds. They grow best in bright sun but with some shade and when the soil is deep and loose.
It often tasted a bit sweet, and very crunchy. In 2011 almost half of them were grown in China. Also they are said that carrot is one of the best food for improving your eye sight. Carrots have plenty of vitamins, but I hate them! And it is because they are too tough. They are often used for salads and carrot juice.
