   英国有个“儿童十大宣言”，对中国孩子也同样受益！

　 一、“平安成长比成功更重要。”
　　教育孩子人人有若干权利，如呼吸权、生命权、隐私权，这些权利任何人不能剥夺。告诉孩子，任何人也无权剥夺他的安全权，安全重于一切。
　　二、“背心裤衩覆盖的地方不许别人摸。”
　　孩子应当知道身体属于自己，身体的某些部分应被衣服所覆盖，不许别人看，不许触摸。孩子有拒绝亲吻、触摸的权利。
　　三、“生命第一财产第二。”
　　告诉孩子在遇到暴徒时有权坚决拒绝暴徒的要求。许多暴徒表面凶狠，内心却很胆怯。
　　所以众多孩子齐心协力，一齐高喊“滚蛋”，通常能把坏人吓跑。万一遇到真正的身体威胁，孩子身单力薄，一般只能向坏人屈服。有时，孩子们会担心被坏人抢去财产回家挨打受骂。
　　例如有的小孩会想：如果我的自行车被坏人抢了，父母准会打死我。应告诉孩子，他们的身体安全比自行车重要得多。
　　四、“小秘密要告诉妈妈。”
　　向孩子保证，无论发生什么事情，只要孩子向父母讲明真情，父母都不会怪罪的，而且会尽力帮助孩子。当孩子向大人说实话时，他们应被充分信任。大人应当马上信任孩子并及时帮助他们。例如，在性骚扰事件中，如果孩子向大人诉说，而未得到信任，这种骚扰也许会经年累月地持续下去。
　　五、“不喝陌生人的饮料，不吃陌生人的糖果。”
　　有权不听陌生人的话，不喝陌生人的饮料，不吃陌生人的糖果。有权对毒品、烟酒坚决说不。
　　六、“不与陌生人说话。”
　　孩子有权不和陌生人说话。
　　当陌生人与孩子说话时，孩子可以假装没听见，马上跑开。生人敲门可以不回答，不开门。告诉孩子，对陌生人不理睬是对的，小孩没有能力帮助陌生人，大人绝对不会认为这是不礼貌的。
　　七“遇到危险可以打破玻璃，破坏家具。”
　　为了保护自己，孩子有权打破所有规章和禁令。告诉孩子，在紧急之中，他们有权大叫、大闹、踢人、咬人，甚至打破玻璃，破坏家具。司马光砸缸就是典型事例。

　　告诉孩子，即使他曾发誓不告诉别人，但遇到坏人欺负一定要告诉家长，这些秘密千万不要埋藏在心里。比如有人欺负了你，他往往说：“小朋友，这个事告诉爸爸妈妈是不对的，咱俩拉个钩，这是咱俩自己的小秘密。”这个对不对？坚决不对，所以要让孩子知道他有不保守秘密的权利。
　　十、“坏人可以骗。”
　　遇到坏人，可以不讲真话。
　　机智应对，才是好孩子。
