Growth and change

       Everything is growing and changing. A flower seed can turn into a flower. Some tiny seeds can grow into a forest. During our life we are also growing and changing. Today I am going to tell you how I learned English.

       At kindergarten, I was not so good at English. In 2005, my grandma took some German fiends to visit us. Of course, they don’t speak Chinese, so the only language in which I can communicate with them is English. At that time, I still couldn’t speak English. When I wanted to talk to those Germans I had to let my grandma translate. Since then, I began to study English very hard. Everyday I watch English cartoons, listen to English audio books, read English books, and watch CNN Student News. After five years’ study, now I can communicate freely with my German friends.
