A very rainy day

We stay home and play
Why should we stand down
Playing with a frown?
Then the sun come out,
We're going died of drought.
What we can say,
Nothing is in the way.
We play basketball,
which always hits the wall.
This is no rule,
The wall thinks it's a little cruel.
