This is a beautiful edition of Paddington Bear, complete with 11 chapter novels (A Bear Called Paddington, More About Paddington,Paddington Helps Out, Paddington Abroad, Paddington at Large, Paddington Marches On, Paddington at Work, Paddington Goes to Town, Paddington Takes the Air, Paddington on Top, and Paddington Takes the Test) all in one volume. Each chapter contains Peggy Fortnum's classic and wonderful illustrations. The hardcover book is housed in a beautiful slip case. The only downside to this edition is the use of small font, which might make it more difficult for older people to read to children (or even to themselves). However, because of the smallish font, the book is not as thick as it otherwise could have been and that makes it easier to hold.
