Fifth grader Blake Drywater is plagued by bullies, doesn't like any of his classes, and hates school in general. All of that changes however when he learns that his new science teacher is a wizard. Before long his teacher briefly transforms every student in the class into roaches and earthworms, and magically takes them to England in the blink of an eye. But Blake soon learns there is more than science going on in his classroom. An evil wizard is seeking a potion his teacher has made-a potion with enough power to change the world. About the Author
Duane L. Ostler was raised in Southern Idaho, where the wind never stops. He has lived in Australia, Mexico, Brazil, China, the big Island of Hawaii, and—most foreign of all—New Jersey. He practiced law for over 10 years, has a PhD in legal history and is a university history professor. He and his wife have five children and two cats.
