http://dibels.uoregon.edu - the Dynamic Indicators of Basic Early Literacy S kills (DIBELS) is a set of FREE standardized, individually administered measures of early literacy development. They are designed to be short (one- minute) fluency measures used to regularly monitor the development of pre-reading and early reading skills. Spanish version also available.
http://pals.virginia.edu - home of the Phonological Awareness Literacy Scre ening (PALS), also contains instructional resources (activities and lesson plans).
