Did you know your morning routine may actually be hurting you? I know, we all have those habits that are hard to break. What if I told you, with just a few simple changes you could begin your morning in a positive way? All you have to do is change around a few of those habits. Believe it or not, they won't be so hard to break. Below are 4 things you need to stop doing in the morning.
1. Drinking Coffee

But there is a much healthier way to wake up…Drink Lemon Water! Lemon water is extremely beneficial for your body. It flushes out your system releasing toxins. Lemon water helps your digestive system, reduces inflammation, helps you lose weight, gives you energy and helps fight infection.
2. Checking Your Phone

Don’t immediately check your phone as soon as you wake up, it can be a huge distraction to your morning routine. How so? Ever notice that when your music is playing while you shower you tend to shower longer? Or, you start checking your emails and before you know it you’re running late? This can all be prevented by staying off of your phone in the morning.
3. Rushing through your morning routine

Stop rushing in the morning, you are beginning your day with unnecessary stress and anxiety. Instead, meditate before you begin your day. Start your day off relaxed and at ease. Bring yourself peace before thinking about your troubles. Beginning your day on the right foot is extremely important; it sets the tone for your day to come.
4. Skipping Breakfast

Skipping breakfast is a huge No, No! Breakfast is arguably the most important meal of the day. It helps improve your mood and increase your energy. If you are trying to lose weight, skipping breakfast is the absolute worst thing you can do. Eating breakfast gives your metabolism the boost that it needs to continuously burn calories throughout the day.
