Mother's Day

I once ponder about why there are teacher's Day, nurse's Day and Mother's Day. Is it because people in those occupations take too much pains and have to endure a lot of hardships and totures during their services? After I have been a mother for over four years, I come to realilze that my understanding is only partly true. In fact, to be a teacher or a nurse or a mother means you have to give others  abundance of  love, support, understanding and caring. And what really makes a person happy is that kind of  valuable "giving". Giving makes others happy and the happiness will come back to you.  So the most important reason why we celebrate the Mother's Day is that a mother gives and then contentment returns to her. It is such a great honor to be mother!
