我们更关心的是第二条解释，即一种教学方法，要实施这种方法关键要有声源，侧重点是对音节的把握，如果听都成问题，实行起来问题还是很大的，教学法的精髓就是声音到文字的翻译，传统的音标教学解决的是文字到声音的翻译，两者并无矛盾，也不存在谁优谁劣的问题。
