我知道eater是肯定不行的，diner要用复数才表示食客，似乎也不妥。那么，应该用什么名词来表达呢？

嗯，仔细研究了eater，是可以的。以前对eater的理解太狭隘了。

女儿张口也是说eater，我一直认为eater指something good to eat，其实eater还解释为someone who consumes food。

If you think that someone eats too much and is greedy, you can say they are a glutton

所以，大概不是太合适。
