City buses: City buses travel along regular routes in the city. To ride the bus we need to pay a fare. There are many bus stops in different locations around the city where people can get on or off the bus.
School buses: School buses carry children to school and back. Sometimes the bus stops in front of a child’s house, but usually children must walk to the bus stop.
Cross-country buses: These buses carry people from city to city. To ride these buses we need to pay a fare. If we want to ride the bus we need to go to the bus station to get on to the bus.
If you want to go somewhere far away, you can take a bus.
Firstly, figure out how to get where you are going (destination).
You can find the information about bus lines公交线路, schedule and fares through internet or map book.
Then go to the nearest bus stop to ride a bus.
In a bus stop车站, normally, there is a bus shelter候车亭, a stop flag站牌, some benches长椅. You can sit on a bench to wait for the bus. You can also check the bus schedule on the stop flag.
When you see the bus coming, get your fare or bus pass out. This saves time.
After the driver opens the door, get on the bus.
Show your bus pass月票 to the driver, or pay your fare.
People pay bus fare in many ways:
by dropping money into a fare box.投币
by paying a conductor. 给售票员车费
by touching a card on a reader.刷卡
Sometimes, the driver or conductor gives a receipt.
When taking your seat, try to leave the elderly and disabled empty, in case they are needed during your ride.
If all the seats are full / the bus is crowded, stand in the aisle.
Hold on to a strap拉手吊环 on the overhead bars, or hold on to a standing pole.
If someone gets off the bus, a seat is empty. Go and sit down.
When your stop is announced, go to the the back door after the bus stops. Get off
after the door is open.

说一个早饭时的趣事。
每天早上,我们都是听着音频起床的,然后听到我嫌烦了,就关掉。
今天早上,我们在饭厅吃饭,pad在另一个房间弱弱地唱歌,我不用心听是听不到歌声的。
小菇凉吃得正香呢,明显一顿,好像有什么事情,然后指着手指说Fin(Fingles),边说边做,眼睛轮流盯着我们每个人,大家都夸她了,才满意地继续吃饭。这时正播放the bellybutton song呢,开头第一句就是these are your fingers.
过了会儿,下一首baby's in the bathtub到了,又是一顿,开始假装洗手,然后又是盯着我们要表扬。
我现在是她的翻译,奶奶知道她在做英文的动作,但是不明白怎么说、也不好冒然猜测,爷爷是完全不明白她在干嘛。
最为尴尬的是,在外面,有人和她打招呼,她会指人家的nose, mouth,边指边说。碰到头上搭件外套遮阳的,就跑到人家跟前做peek-a-boo。
这些爷爷奶奶听不懂,也不明白她的意思,她就不停地指啊说啊。赶紧抱走,告诉她在外面不能这样子。
希望以后她不会有这方面的困扰,能顺利分清语言运用的对象。
第一天看书,就把轮子给撤掉了一个,还好能用胶带粘上。
这本书配套音频是学乐版的,比较舒缓,过度之间有点长,事先没有熟悉歌曲,所以翻书节奏有点快。
听着歌曲,我翻书并示范机关在哪里,然后让珺来操作。要随时注意保护这些小机关。
她还是比较喜欢这本书的,会做round and round, wah wah wah, shh shh shh 。睡前自己还做这些小动作。
the doors on the bus go open and shut,用房间门示范了几次,再让她根据我的指令去做:Open the door. Shut the door.差点夹到手了。
今天算是我把所学融入生活的第一天:
凡是有机会开、关门时,都说的英语。珺理解并执行。
吃点心时,我先说了句the girl is eating(学过的),然后指指自己mummy is eating,再指指珺Jun is eating.珺边吃边笑,意思能理解。
喝水时,告诉她杯子里是water,让她drink some water。她自己拿杯子喝水,但肯定不明白刚才的英文。
答应给她看Play along,一回家,珺就迫不及待开了电视,拿起响呼噜,嘴里说着hello,满脸期待的看着我。
Baby's in the bathtub这首歌,每次到wash tummy/ back时,珺就不感兴趣。这两个部位,她也没有掌握。
今天新增了一首歌Peek-A-Boo。已经会玩的游戏,但here I am, there you are是新句型,估计很难掌握。明天拿几个玩具玩这游戏。

我看了下Peppa Pig里的hide and seek,结合peek-a-boo,和珺玩躲猫猫,找娃娃。
还是peek-a-boo简单易理解,珺能明白并执行。只要我说XXX,where are you?珺马上会去把东西找出来拿给我。
说hide and seek里的句子,只能让她混个耳熟,配合寻找过程讲讲。
下午外出,坐的推车,珺指着车轮说round round。小朋友的观察和理解力的确很强。
我就唱了句the wheels on the bus go round and round.
可惜当时不确定推车(stroller)怎么讲,没有在歌词里替换。

peek-a-boo, where are you这两句意思是懂的。(佩服美语世界的设计,看个短片就能懂了。)
除了第一个娃娃起了中文名,其他娃娃都是英文名,她都记得。
简单以peek-a-boo这首歌来玩,珺是没问题的。
但我还是加了hide and seek的内容,只为混个耳熟,如果能借机掌握几个介词、名词,那就是意外收获了。

珺眼睛瞪得大大的,看着我。她听不懂。哈哈,看着她眼睛里的疑惑,真好玩。
明天继续说这两种车。
晚上珺在跟前墨迹,给她找点儿事做,唱了句:little bunny, where are you?

小家伙马上转身跑客厅去了。记性真好啊,记得兔子在客厅里。一会儿就高兴地跑回来,把兔子递给我。
我亲了一下兔子,对珺说:Give bunny a kiss.
她依言亲了下。
我又亲了亲珺。
接着我说: Where is Kitty? Go to find Kitty.
珺马上接口:好!
一个好字,惹得我哈哈大笑。谁让我没教yes,OK呢。
上午在外面看到蝴蝶了,告诉她:
Look, a butterfly. The butterfly is flying. Oh, the butterfly flies away. 珺配合地说“走”(飞走了)。
下午,再看到蝴蝶,小菇凉脱口而出“蝴(蝶)”
中文说得越来越多,很多我都不知道她会讲,而且是方言。
