[答疑解惑] 这里的英语高手多，帮我看看怎么翻译

我准备辞职了，写了辞职信，可能考虑赔偿的问题，老板给我写了下面的这些话，自己英语不好，看不太明白，
请大家帮忙翻下。

Are you sure you want to record as 'being asked to leave'?
Or I give you the choice to say 'Ask to leave for family or personal reasons'
which should be of benefit to you...
You should think about it, if you need to have the company to give you
proof of employment laer.

大致意思：
Are you sure you want to record as 'being asked to leave'?
你确定想以“被要求离职”（辞退）记录在案？
Or I give you the choice to say 'Ask to leave for family or personal reasons'
which should be of benefit to you...
或者我可以给你个选择说是“以家庭或个人原因要求离职”，这样应该对你更有好处......
You should think about it, if you need to have the company to give you
proof of employment later.
你可以考虑一下，如果你以后还需要公司给你出具就职证明。

应该是指的将来你找其他工作的时候，新工作单位可能需要看你以往的工作经历，需要以前单位出具的证明。
这个一般国外公司会要求看的比较多。

估计老板的意思可能是说如果记录为辞退的话，以后你的简历会不好看。所以建议说“以家庭或个人原因辞职”。

被辞退肯定是污点吧，但是公司可能要赔偿。主动辞职比较好听吧，其实也看企业文化的，要求忠诚度的公司未必喜欢。

你确定（将离职原因）记录为“被辞退”？你也可以选择“因个人或家庭原因申请辞职”，这样或许对你更有利些。好好考虑一下，如有需要公司可为你出具工作证明。（laer没看明白，是later吗？）
