计划分2楼。第一楼完全手工录入英文的指南。第二楼把文章中提到的一些食品俺配上图给大家解释解释。其实很多食品在家乐福或者是沃尔玛都可以买到。所谓有图有真相。
未必非遵循这个添加辅食的原则,但是仔细想想,其实有些地方是很有道理的。
有时间,我再把从0个月起到一个孩子成长的每个月的食物喂养守则和教育方法慢慢都贴上来。工程浩大。要手工录入。不过,想到也许会有爸妈想了解到底国内喂养和国外喂养有什么不同的,还是值得一做的。
每次去健康检查时,一声都会给个当前的喂养和教育指南,很有意思。包括这个阶段改吃什么,怎么吃,改玩什么玩具,几点散步,几点睡觉都有指南~~

俺下面去第二楼开始贴图片。
Guidelinesfor the introduction of solid Foods
As your child develops, one of the most exciting experiences in the first year oflife is starting solid food with allows them to explore different taste,smells, and textures. Your child will generally be ready to start solidsbetween 4-6 months of age. Prior to starting solids we must make sure that yourchild meets certain milestones which include: doubling their birth weight/weigh at least 13bl, drinking 32 ounces of formula/breast milk and have the abilityto sit with support while maintaining good bead control.
The first solid to start is stage 1 iron fortified rice cereal which is the leastallergenic. Start by mixing 1 tablespoon of rice cereal in a blow with 3-4tablespoon of formula, breast milk or water and feed it to them with a spoon.At first they may spit out the food and stick out their tongue because they do notknow what to do with it. After a few minutes for some or a few weeks for othersthey will learn hoe to coordinate their swallowing. If they are not interestedor gag/choke it may be too early so try again in a few weeks. Once they areable to swallow well then you can add more rice cereal and decrease the liquidto thicken the cereal to a paste consistency. At first a meal should be 1tablespoon and with time you may increase to 3-4 tablespoons. If they are havingharder stools with the rice cereal you may try Stage 1 oatmeal or barley cerealas an alternative to rice cereal.
Once your child has done well with cereals, start adding fruits orvegetables mixed in with the cereal or give them alone. Always introduce onenew food at a time over 3-5 days because if there is a reaction you will beable to pinpoint which food caused it and avoid. The sign of a reaction to lookfor include vomiting, diarrhea, coughing/ wheezing, hives/rash. Your shouldhave some liquid benadryl at home when you start introducing solids and we willreview the appropriate dose at each well visit. If there is a history of foodallergies in your child or in the family, consult us prior to adding new foods.
SuggestedSchedule for the first Year
4Months
Rice cereal followed by oatmeal and barley
Strained/ Pureed fruits ( First Food)
1-2 meals per day
5Months
Start Vegetables, 3rd meal atmid-day
6 Months
Start strained meats, Second foods
Add sippy cup with 4 ounces per day 100%juice (apple, white grape or pear juice)
7 Months
Yogurt, cottage cheese, soft cheeses
8Months
Steamed then mashed foods, Stage 3 Foods
Finger foods( crackers, cheerios, wellcooked pasts/ vegetables)
9 Months
Soft, finely chopped foods
Egg yolks followed by egg whites, pastina,custard
Addwhite fish
Start transitioning to table foods andincreasing meal portions
Offer formula/ breast milk after meals
Goalis to have milk intake to 12-16 ounces by 12 months
12 Months
Table foods, Transition to whole milkgradually
Thingsto avoid until after the first year are honey and citrus fruits/ juices:
** Avoid peanut butter and shellfish until2 years old
** IF there is a high risk of allergiesthen wait until after 4 years old for shellfish and nut containing foods
*** Avoid foods such popcorn, nuts, hardcandies, hot dogs and whole grapes until after 3 years old because of chokingrisks.
随着孩子的成长的发展,最令人兴奋的莫过于开始喂辅食了,让孩子去探索不同的味道,气味,口感。在孩子4-6月之间可以开始逐渐接触辅食。在开始喂辅食前,必须确保孩子在某些方面符合标准,包括:体重是出生时的2倍,/体重至少达到13bl,每天喝32盎司的配方奶或者母乳,能在帮助下直坐,能够比较好的控制头部。
第一个辅食应该是1阶段铁强化米糊,这是最不容易引起过敏的食物。用1勺的米粉加3-4勺的配方奶或者母乳或者白水搅拌均匀。一开始,因为孩子不知道该怎么办,所以他们可能会把米糊吐出来,或者把舌头伸出来。几分钟后或者某些孩子要等几周后,他们就知道如何协调他们的吞咽了。如果他们还是不感兴趣或卡住或者呛着了,对这类还自来水可能还是太早了,再等几周再尝试吧。
Earth Best 的有机米粉。没什么味道,还是北京家乐福卖的亨氏的好。有加胡萝卜的,还有加肝的。
Earth Best有机的燕麦米粉
一旦他们能吞咽的很好了,你可以添加更多的米糊,减少液体让米糊变得更稠些。一开始是1汤匙的米粉,慢慢的你可以增加到3-4汤匙。如果孩子吃了米粉后造成了便秘,你可以尝试第1阶段的燕麦或大麦谷物来替代米糊。
一旦孩子吃米糊吃的很好了,就可以开始给孩子吃水果和蔬菜,或者把水果和蔬菜混进米糊里喂孩子。这里有个守则一定要遵守:在每开始喂一样新的食物时,一定要一次只喂一种,并且试3-5天。因为如果孩子过敏,你就能知道是哪种食物引起的并且在日后多注意。过敏症状包括:呕吐,腹泻,咳嗽/打喘气,荨麻疹/皮疹反应。当开始辅食喂养时,家里应该备有一些液体苯海拉明。
我觉得这条守则非常好。因为经常在网上论坛里听说孩子过敏的症状,有些孩子甚至在舔了一下花生酱就可以瞬间窒息,象我的同事的孩子吃了面粉类东西脸就肿,等等。所以,在开始喂一样新东西时,一定要谨慎加小心。
孩子1岁前,辅食喂养建议:
4个月
米粉,燕麦,麦
没有渣子的糊状的水果(第一阶段食物)
每天吃1-2餐
从上到下,分别是第一阶段的南瓜,李子,豌豆,梨,胡萝卜,香蕉,苹果和红薯。
一般说来,孩子如果有点小小便秘,医生建议吃李子。我们没吃过,因为中国有句老话是说李子的,那什么“桃饱杏伤人,李子树下XXX",所以我认为李子是上火之物。
我们经常吃胡萝卜,豌豆和苹果。不过那是在没吃过什么好东西之前,一旦后来吃了没有任何味道的鱼(其实很难吃的)后,一看见这些罐头就流眼泪,用手打。以至于带去北京的60多罐,连扔带浪费都白带了。留在家里的,LG怕浪费竟然全吃了。
5个月
在中午时开始添加蔬菜
6个月
吃没有渣子的肉类,第二阶段食物
可以上鸭嘴杯,每天喝4盎司100%纯果汁(苹果,白葡萄或梨汁)
这里就不多介绍了。水果什么还是吃的罐头。
7个月
酸奶,奶酪,软奶酪
不知道北京有什么适合孩子喝的酸奶吗?以前被三聚氰胺吓怕了,也不知道该给孩子喝什么酸奶。所以已经很久没喝酸奶了。
8个月
蒸熟并且碾碎的食物,第3阶段食品
手指食物(饼干,麦片,煮熟的通心粉/蔬菜)
类似的小圈圈,小星星都可以吃。北京只有沃尔玛有卖的,教嘉乐氏,但是还经常没货,很郁闷。
9个月
软的切碎的食物
蛋白,通心粉,乳酪蛋糕,蛋黄
添加白鱼
开始过渡到餐桌食品,增加食品的多样性
饭后才给配方奶或者母乳
目的是到12个月时,减少配方奶到每天12-16盎司
12个月
餐桌食品,慢慢过渡到全脂牛奶
1岁前应该避免蜂蜜和柑橘类水果/果汁:
**2岁前避免花生酱和贝类
**如果有过敏的高风险,等到4岁后再开始含有坚果类的食品或者水生有壳的水产品
***为了避免卡着,3对前应避免爆米花,坚果,硬糖,热狗和整个葡萄。
