Hello, I’m Cheney. I’m 11 years old. I like English very much, because it is very interesting! There’re only 26 letters, but it can be converted into millions of words. It’s a magic thing. I am attracted by it, every day I insist on reading English aloud、listening the English stories and reading the English novels. Four years past, I have made some progress, so now I am standing here to give you the speech.
The person I admire most
Do you know Who is the founder of Microsoft? It’s Bill Gates! For 13 years, Bill Gates was the richest man on Forbes list in the world.
However,I admire him not because of the wealth he has but because of his talent, persistence and kind heart.
More than any other entrepreneur , Bill Gates is the reason everybody can use a personal computer to deal with many things. He is the one who changed the lifestyle of all the people in the world. For that, he became the world's richest man. He is a genius. And he turns wisdom into wealth.
He sticks to his dreams. In 1968, little Gates began to learn Basic programming. At that time, he was 13 years old. Since then, he had experienced some setbacks, for example, he dropped out of Harvard. It’s hard to imagine,right? He dropped out of Harvard, one of the best universities in the world. But he had not given up .He became the one who can make dreams into real, and created a web age! In addition to his talent, success depends more on his efforts, persistence and precision.
In fact, many people got lost when they had a lot of money.
But for Gates, it is not a question.
Even-though he is rich, he still lives a simple life.Now, Gates still has a lot of money. But he is no longer the world's richest man. He devotes himself into charity. And instead of bequeathing the wealth to his children, he chooses to spend his money trying to save the world from disease and poor education. So far, he has donated more than 24 million dollars to establish a fund which can help to support medical security and education career.
For all of these reasons, I admire him very much. He is a real nobleman and walks on the road to the benefit of all mankind.
He is Bill Gates. He is the one I admire most.
