Alone
1.One afternoon Toad went to Frog's house.
2.Toad found a note on the door of Frog's house.
3.Frog went out to walk when Toad arrived his home.
4.Toad couldn't find Frog anywhere.
5.*Frog wanted to be alone because he felt sad.
6.Frog was sitting on an island with Turtle.
7.Toad thought that Frog wanted to think about someting important.
8.Toad made sandwiches and a pitcher of hot coffee.
9.Toad hurried to the river and wanted to cheer Frog up.
10.Frog heard Toad after Toad shouted and waved three times.
11. Toad asked a turtle to carry him to the island.
12. *The turtle was willing to help Toad because he thought Frog was waiting for Toad.
13. Turtle reminded Toad that Frog didn't want to be his friend anymore.
14. Toad was scared when he found that he lost his best friend.
15. Toad slipped off the turtle and fell in the river.
16. The Turtle pulled Toad up onto the island.
17. Frog told Toad that he was happy when he wanted to be alone.
18. *Frog wanted to be alone because he wanted to think about how to make everything better.
19. Frog was very glad to see Toad.
20. Frog and Toad ate sandwiches and drank hot coffee together.
小宝仍然反复看听Nate The Great的2本书(Missing the Key和PillowCase),上周借的另2本书(Arthur's New Puppy和H&M Annie's Perfect Pet)他只看一遍就丢到了一边。常去的那家图书馆里Nate的书不多,我正在犹豫要不要收Nate的其他书。
最近,小宝的周末都忙着玩和上围棋课了,和英语有关的只有看Arthur和听音频。
这两天,小宝每天听一个Little Bear的故事和读3个SF DB书。
周二,小宝的英语作业是有关country和city的不同之处,让我想起伊索寓言里第一个故事The Country Mouse and the Citry Mouse。我让小宝看了这个故事的动画,没想到他很喜欢,玩了拼写游戏和做了阅读理解题还不够,还想继续看下面的,被我阻止了,眼睛要紧啊,答应过几天再玩。
伊索寓言的动画故事因为内容简单画面有趣很得小宝的欢心,他又看了2个新故事,看完后他还会做一下阅读理解题和玩一会儿游戏。
Little Bear的4个故事都听完了,小宝空闲下来会翻翻这本书。听音频时,我建议小宝听Little Bear,他就不愿意了,还是继续听Nate The Great,小宝对Nate真是“情有独钟”啊!
宝爸平时工作很忙,工作日几乎都是晚9点后才到家,这周四他难得休假在家,我和小宝请宝爸旁听了家庭英语课。小宝读了5本SF DB G1,朗读了Little Bear,精听了新故事Nate the Great and the Monster Mess Chapter1-3。结束后,小宝兴奋地请爸爸表扬,“爸爸,我厉害吗?”。这次,宝爸毫不吝啬他的赞美之词,夸得小宝当场表示要再给爸爸读一本Nate The Great。{:soso_e113:}
因为这周有期中考试,小宝的作业比上周少了,每天至少有30分钟学英语。他习惯了每天读SF G2 DB电子书和玩伊索寓言故事。我想加新故事让他先听后读,小宝嫌累不愿意,还是反复听读借来的几本绘本。
周一开始,我要求小宝每天起床后大声朗读10分钟,读什么他自己决定,英文他都选的H&M and The Bedtime Thumps。
小宝喜欢听读、听写开心1的故事,因此这周的英语学习气氛非常融洽。{:soso_e100:}。
SuperPhonics学完了Book3Part3,赶上了学校的Phonics教学进度,打算放一放。
趁着Amazon搞活动,我收了6本Nate The Great。小宝对这类侦探书热情还是很高,已经计划好五一假期每天看2本{:soso_e120:}
小宝最近1个月都在听Nate The Great故事MP3,周五晚餐时,正巧听The Sticky Case,刚放了几句,小宝说下一个这个我可以背了。真的?!见我不相信,他就开始大声背起来,我赶忙关了播放器、找出那本书。前20页基本没错,后面20页有3个地方需要提醒一下,最大的问题是语法错误,有些过去式被他改成了现在式。这件事再次教育我“重复很重要”。
