这些电影是2015年7月以来看的，如果是院线上映的，基本都在影院里看，效果自不必说，所谓的拓展就是跟家长、同学、朋友聊天的话题，看完的评价、印象最深的场景、对情节画面音乐的感觉、故事的构成是否严谨、里面有没有漏洞或败笔、如果是改编自书的进行对比等等。这样的讨论自然而生动，如果大家的感觉都不错，这个评分和豆瓣的不会差到哪去，慢慢形成自己的影评啦。
另外还有一些是孩子读过书后还不过瘾，找来电影再品味和比较，读过书再与电影进行比较的好处非常多：电影可以成为孩子读书的动力，想着有电影看，那种期待，书就读得顺畅多了：）电影往往对书的情节有删节和改动，这样的改动对原著有很大的影响，所以一定要看完书再看电影，这样去评判电影会更客观。
最后一种情况，可能是楼上最关心的，有没有专门的针对电影的引导性拓展。Joyce的确接受了一点这样的训练，下面就把她在看Independence Day的预告片时，外教老师留的作业附在这里供参考，里面有点评：

In this file, you will find the official trailer for:  ‘Independence Day”.
Answer the following questions..
1.       What type of movies do you usually watch?  (Please do not say you are too busy to watch movies…)
I usually watch cartoons.

2.       Would you rather watch a movie or read a book?  Explain why.
I would rather read a book, because when I read a book I can use more imagination then watching a movie.√

3.       What does the title of the movie in the file tell you about the movie?
The title tells me that this is going to be about fighting for independence.√

4.       What does this trailer tell you about the movie?
This trailer tells me that this is a great movie. In the end of the movie, humans won the battle against the aliens. √

5.       What type of movie is it (i.e. horror, action, science fiction etc)?  Explain how you know.
The movie is a horror movie because all the aliens and space ship are creepy.  Ok, but I would have said Action/Science Fiction

6.       Comment on the voice used to narrate the trailer – does it give you a sense of what the movie will be like?  How does it do this?

The voice gives me a clue that the movie ends with a happy ending and starts with a sad beginning.
By the calm voice, the narrator tells us about the movie and gives us introduction and comments on the film. √

7.       The music:  How does the music contribute to your feeling about the type of movie it is and whether you will enjoy it or not?

The music gives me the feeling that the battles between the humans and the aliens are hard, and it makes me feel excited and nervous at the same time.
I enjoyed the music in the movie. √

8.       Dialogue (discussion/talking):  Is dialogue included in the trailer or not?  Does the dialogue give you an understanding of the type of characters that appear in the movie?

Yes, the dialogue is included in the trailer.
The dialogue can tells us that the president is a brave man and the soldiers are fearless.

9.       Would you say that this is a movie you would usually go and see?  Why?

I wouldn’t like to watch this movie, because there is are too much fighting and battling in the movie.
I like peaceful funny movies, such as Mr. Beans.

This was a very well-written assignment Joyce.  Good work!

仔细看了6楼，感觉老师给的点评也忒简单了点

只看一个trailer就提了这么多问题，那看完电影之后，是不是会提更多？哈哈
ps，这些问题也适合看完所有的trailer来提问孩子呢。通用模板

看的真仔细

个人觉得这些问题是可以作为每次看新片前的思考问题的，因为其实选择什么样的片子看本身就是一个思考的过程，看预告片后都会有些感觉，什么类型的片子，主题、构成、音乐这些细节符不符合自己的期待，这些因素综合在一起做出看不看的决定，所以这个过程是挺重要的一个环节。
看完以后的问题肯定更多，提问、讨论、对演员和片子的看法更适合直接的交流，所以一般是上课的内容。如果有需要，可以让孩子试着写写Movie Review,这样把思路整理成文字就更好了。下面是Joyce的一个观后感：

Movie review: Percy Jackson and the lightning thief

Percy Jackson and the lightning thief is a film based on the book written by Rick Riordan. I think it’s a great film because the author wrote a great story about Greek gods for his son. Also, the sound effects are really good.

Percy Jackson, a Half-Blood, is mistaken as the thief that stole Zeus’ lightning bolt. Percy and his friends go on a quest to rescue his mom from Hades, leading them across America to find Persephone’s pearls to prove that Percy is innocent.

The directors are Chris Columbus and Thor Freudenthal. The main actors are Logan Lerman as Percy Jackson, Brandon T. Jackson as Grover, AlexandraDaddario as Annabeth and Jake Abel as Luke.

The best scene of the film is when Percy rose up in the water by magic when he was fighting with Annabeth in the beginning. The next one is when Percy tells the Gods that he is not the lightning thief, and that Luke is the real thief. One of the weaknesses is at the very dangerous moment, Percy took out a phone and started mirroring the monster, it makes me feel that it’s not realistic.

I like the film because it is exciting. Also there are some parts that make you feel like you are running away from the monsters like Percy. It will be great if you watch it.

这是修改后的稿子，英文写作非常重视结构、层次，这些都在老师给的架构里体现出来了，所以孩子只要跟着架构搭然后在把架构拆除就成了一篇完整的小文章了。英文写作训练比中文的要细，要有条理。
把原来的作业和老师的评语贴在这：

Point out exceptional performances by the actors, a director, or a cinematographer.

Indicate whether you recommend it or not.

I like thefilm because it is exciting. Also there are some parts that make you feel likeyou are running away from the monsters like Percy. I recommend you to watch it.Who do you think would enjoy it? Adults, children?

This is beautifully written Joyce. I would have preferred you not to use the headings, because a review does not require headings. However, by using the headings you have kept to the point and written and well organised review. Well done.
