不走寻常路？用英文启蒙国学（江南）原创 2017-06-17 群群妈妈 双语养育修炼笔记
群群，坐标国内，3个月起开始OPOL双语养育。目前2岁。

老朋友们可能都知道，群群的双语养育其实是方言（上海话）+英文，我对群群讲英文，家里其他人对她讲方言，暂时没有人对她讲普通话（虽然我和除她以外的其他家庭成员讲普通话）。群群的普通话输入来源几乎全部来自于托班。在托班呆了3个多月，普通话听力有了明显提高。有了这个基础，加上群群即将满2岁了，国学启蒙也应该开始啦。双语养育笔记我有写在个人公号：双语养育修炼笔记。
对于国学启蒙乃至整个语言启蒙，我的想法始终还是十二个字：人际对话、多听多说、音乐加持。
道理很简单：
1. 对于幼童来说，如果不利用语言的自然习得机制，还不如上小学后再“学习”第二语言。没有人际交流就无法习得，或者说会消耗幼童大量精力，效果却无法保证。
2. 作为与幼童接触最多最密切的家人（语言来源），一定要多说多解释，让孩子多用耳朵听，这样保证数量和质量的输入才能有效利用母语习得机制，让孩子在最短时间里内化一门或多门语言。
3. 音乐加持主要是利用旋律帮助幼童更快更牢地进行记忆，尤其是古文。
因此，我选择从唱诗歌（主要是唐诗）开始，辅以英文解释，原因有三：
1. 为什么唱？音乐加持。
2. 为什么是诗歌？诗歌（尤其是唐诗）韵律感更强，题材丰富，文学价值更高，良诗更多。
3. 为什么要用英文解释？我和群群之间的沟通语言是英文，解释是为了让她明白诗句的意思。
目前比较受欢迎的唱古文品牌是“婷婷唱古文”和“常青藤爸爸”，不贪多，就从这两个开始。
给群群选的第一首是汉代乐府的《江南》，配乐选的婷婷唱古文版本。夏天唱很应景，诗句本身也简单，韵律感很强。
江南可采莲，
莲叶何田田。
鱼戏莲叶间。
鱼戏莲叶东，
鱼戏莲叶间。
鱼戏莲叶东，
鱼戏莲叶西，
鱼戏莲叶南，
鱼戏莲叶北。
但是英文解释（注意：并非英译，不考虑英文韵律）就不那么简单了，虽然许渊冲先生没有翻译这篇诗歌，但从他的其他翻译中还是得到了一些灵感。对于两岁的孩子来说，毕竟还是用她理解的语言讲解比较好。
经大神@豌豆妈妈指点，应先解析几个语言点：
1. 采莲：此处采“莲”采的是“莲蓬”（lotus pod）而不是“莲花”（lotus flower）
2. 既然是采莲，那么这里的莲叶应长在湖里（in the lake），而非池塘里（in the pond）。
3. 关于“莲”（lotus or lotus plant）的各部分名称：莲蓬（lotus pod），莲蓬米（lotus seed），莲花（lotus flower），莲叶（lotus leaves）
4. 关于“莲”的部分属性：
Lotuses are found in white and pinky colors in general. And they grow in shallow and murky waters.
Lotus flowers enjoy warm sunlight and are intolerant to cold weather, that's why lotus is not seen blossoming in the winter and always seen in summer!
The floating leaves and lotus flowers have long stems and raise above the water surface.

面对一个2岁小孩，我需要大概这样跟她讲：
Jiangnan is a place. It is a perfect place for lotus flowers and lotus pods to grow, because lotus plant loves warm weather and murkey waters. And Jiangnan is renowned for its warm weather and waters.
You are from Jiangnan, aren't you? Yes you are! Your daddy is from Jiangnan, and you speak one of Jiangnan's dialects, so I think you are from Jiangnan too.
Lotus pods are ripe in summer and it's ready to pick!
Do you remember the lotus flowers we saw in the pond in Chaoyang park the other day? They were blossoming and growing so well in summer!
Mommy loves lotus flowers! Do you love lotus flowers too? Perfect! Everybody loves blossoming lotus flowers!
In the lake, fishes swim through those lovely lotus flowers. The fishes are happy swimmers in the pond. They love swimming around.
They swim swim here and they swim swim there. Here a swimmer, there a swimmer, everywhere little swimmers.
East, west, north and south!
