菲德尔·卡斯特罗（Fidel Castro，1926年8月13日—2016年11月25日），全名菲德尔·亚历杭德罗·卡斯特罗·鲁斯，又称老卡斯特罗，是古巴共和国、古巴共产党和古巴革命武装力量的主要缔造者，被誉为“古巴国父”，是古巴第一任最高领导人。
1945年卡斯特罗考入哈瓦那大学法律系；1959年2月16日出任政府总理（后改为部长会议主席）和武装部队总司令；1961年4月成立古巴共产党，担任中央委员会第一书记；1976年取消总统制后任古巴国务委员会主席（国家元首）兼部长会议主席（政府首脑）；2011年4月正式隐退。 2016年11月25日，卡斯特罗逝世，享年90岁。
卡斯特罗于20世纪50年代领导古巴革命，推翻了巴蒂斯塔政权，将古巴转变为社会主义国家。
