Do and understand是一本有点儿老的第二语言学习辅助教材,以TPR(Total Physical Response)理论为教学理念,编写了五十个简单的小故事,并提供了漫画与worksheet. 书中建议的学习年龄为9~13岁。鉴于现在的宝贝们已经有一定的英语基础了,所以我觉得5~7岁学习应该没什么问题,要是再等就太easy了。而且这些带有幽默色彩的小故事内容贴近小学生的生活,笑点也符合小学生的心理年龄。就这样,我准备试着和已经上一年级的女儿还有两个即将上学的小朋友一起把这本书给亲子了。昨天女儿上钢琴课时,根据书中的教学指导,试着写了第一课的教案,准备明天晚上实践。希望大家多提宝贵意见!谢谢!
Story:Off To School
Turn off the alarm clock.
Get out of bed.
Put on your jeans and your T-shirt.
Have a glass of milk.Get your school bag.
Run to the bus stop.Look at your feet.
You've got your slippers on.
Shout: Oh, no!

Song: Are you sleeping?
Are you sleeping, Are you sleeping,
Brother John? Brother John?
Morning bells are ringing, morning bells are ringing,
Ding ding dang, ding ding dang.
1. Vocabulary
Turn off, alarm clock, jeans, T-shirt, glass, school bag, bus stop, slippers, shout.
(1)运用flashcards (shout, whisper, hight pitch, etc.)
(2)闭眼听,闭眼说。
(3) 读嘴型。
(4) 只看部分字母猜词。
2. Story
(1) 一句一句的,Do and say. (Do就是手势和动作)
(2) Say, the kids do.
(3)变化顺序说,kids do.
3. Comic
(1) 变化顺序说,kids point to.
(2)Putting the story back in order.
4. Memory
Game: What's wrong?
故意说错。说一句,小朋友发现错了就敲桌子,纠正。
Turn on the alarm clock.
Get out of tub.
Put on your vest and your skirt.
Have a glass of water.
Get your school dog.
Run to the bus shop.
Look at your hands.
You've got your shoes on.
Say: Oh, no!
5. New story
(1) 边说边写,参照worksheet写每个词的第一个字母。
(2) 用worksheet读。
(3) 擦掉一些字母替换新的,让小朋友们编出新故事。 如:
Turn off the CD player.
Get out of tub.
Put on your pajamas.
Have a cup of milk tea.
Get your wallet.
Walk to the supermarket.
Look at yourself.
You've got your pajamas on.
Shout: Oh, no!
