先说说我家的第一任外教J老师：年轻活泼的男老师，和孩子边玩边学英语，他非常喜欢孩子，很容易让孩子High起来。当然，他也很在意自己的教学情绪，如果有点感冒小痒，影响他High的情绪，那断然是要停课休息。J老师一年需要的休假不少，对他们的要求不能期望和国内老师一样。

2)25mins: Pronunciation and Phonics Learning
a)checkhow well the student has learned the last class contents, correct students’pronunciation if necessary
b)show some new wordswith the same pronunciation rules.
c)play some games like “read my lip”, let the student guess what the word is fromthe shape of the mouth.

a) present the wordby drawing, flashcards, body gestures,etc.
b) let the students practice and pronouncethem correctly
c) playsome games(jumping game) while checking if the students can say the word ornot.

a)present the sentences by drawing, bodygestures,etc.
b) let the students practice and pronouncethem correctly, make sure the students can raise the questions and answer them.
