[海外淘书] 有第一次就有第二次

跟着购书达人Windflower在betterworld败，呵呵，完成了生平第一次国外网站的购书体验。新鲜！

不过新鲜过了，还有要提示大家的，也是Windflower好心提示我的。

1. 买合辑划算，这个需要事先做功夫，图书的ISBN是关键。
     我呢，偷巧了，去汪培珽妈妈书后附带的淘宝某店去看他们的合辑，然后根据他们提供的照片、ISBN信息等，初步判断自己是否喜欢，再去amazon.com看看。

2.  注意书的condition，有used acceptable，used good，甚至简单为used，在可以选择的情况下，used good最好。像我这两单，还买到used good的former library book，我的想象力立马工作了，开本大大的，有点旧旧的，缺页的，碎页的，哇，好像我们的图书馆书都可能会这样，不知道国外的是什么情况。

3. 促销：我初入BW，目前有的书有满4减15%的优惠，有的书没有的，大家要注意是否有Sales的提示。

话说，我也曾经在淘宝上买过一本心仪的二手书，品相九成新，也堪称是used good，拿到手，真是和新的一样。我甚至怀疑没有被看过。

    先恭喜MM下了第一单，希望你早日收到书并且满意。
    其实我还有些想法，限于篇幅没能写出来。
    betterworldbooks适合买大部头、比较重的、精装书，因为运费都是按本数算、包含在价格中了。如果买I can read这样薄薄一本的小册子或者一些比较轻的单本书，就不划算了，毕竟一本书最少也要5美元多。
    事实上，美国的旧书价格都很廉宜，每本多在1－2美元左右，betterworldbooks主要是包含了国际运费（每本大概$3.95起），所以价格要偏高。对于I can read这样很轻薄的平装书，个人觉得可以找另外一些网站，最好是美国国内免运的，发到美国的华人快递那里，由他们帮忙打包转运回国。这样运费可能会省一些。比如MM买的这本《Harry and the Lady Next Door》，只重0.25磅，如果买上差不多重量的12本书，由快递转运回国，国际运费总共大概会在4磅（外纸箱按1磅算），国际运费总共16美元，平摊到每本书上的运费就只要$1.3了，加上每本书约$0.99的购买成本，价格就很便宜了。而且4磅的包裹过关一般都比较容易，交税的可能性小。这个流程总共花费时间大概能控制在2周以内，也不算太久。
    这只是我的一点想法，还没来得及实施，先纸上谈兵一下 :)
    另外下单时Carbon Balanced这个低碳的运输费可选可不选

    冲动是魔鬼，最近熬夜，十之八九是在买书or爸妈网看帖子。

    凌晨，又跑去betterworld，想着买合辑划算，挑了3本合辑，因为有满4减15%的优惠，可是第4本合辑始终没遇到满意的。满意的嘛，价格也挺吓人的。

    于是想到单本，好的单本太多了。于是，我想618错过的安野广雅，其实有次淘宝拍书也有，我旁观了。

    自从看过安野广雅的七堂绘画课，一直虎视眈眈他的Anno's Alphabet: An Adventure in Imagination，简直不敢相信是画的，尽管是used good，价格还是很辣手$8.48。Anno's Counting book，也是我喜欢的，价格$5.98。

    其实还好喜欢包括Anno先生在内的众多作家画家合著的All in a day，$10+，钞票啊，我要捂住口袋。

    再搜，居然发现Cynthia Rylant也有一本All in a day, 也是$10+，画面一看就是我喜欢的类型。

    希望以后有机会收入低价的。

    我今天也败了不少，8本THE MAGIC SCHOOL BUS ，10本BERENSTAIN BEARS，8本RICHARD SCARRY的书，后来看到手上有张京东50-25的券，又去京东收了本The Magic School Bus: On the Ocean Floor 和1本level 2的Read It Yourself
