9点半,加州小组的四个成员在玄圃碰头,小朋友们先玩一会,然后开始上课咯。
今天我们进入了新的一课。这一课的主题是pets。
老师先把课文里面重要的几个词组挑选出来进行游戏练习。教学用具是5只水彩笔。

what colors are they? (red, blue, green, yellow, and purple)
1. can you pick out the one that you like?
(yes, I can. I like the red one.)

之后把人称换成she, he进行练习。因为今天来了四个小朋友,所以每个小朋友都说到可以完全重复所有句子才学下一个知识点。
问了所有四个小朋友,他们也选择了自己喜欢的颜色。
之后进行句型变化:

2. let sb. take one's time.我们用了三个人称来练习。
let her take her time.

这个词是慢慢来,不着急的意思。

早上9点在苜蓿园地铁站会合.边走边玩到十朝历史文化园的成语长廊.apple因为半夜生病所以临时请假,其余的5个小朋友alvin,leo cao, leo ye,tony, kitty都来了.leo chen基本退出了.小学阶段时间渐渐不够是一个原因.当然也因为渐渐对课文的熟悉程度不够.我们每两周要背诵一次课文.如果平时不用心去常常复习是做不到的.
先复习课文the sun.今天最棒的两个小朋友是alvin和leo ye. 无论是一句一句接龙,还是从中间断开半句接龙都基本能跟上,看来对课文是非常熟悉.这一课虽然课文不长.但是因为是科技文章,逻辑性比较强.不是很好背诵的课文.给这两个小朋友{:soso_e163:}
kitty和leo cao也对课文比较熟悉,不过可能因为距离学习这篇课文已经过去两周,复习的不够多,所以有点遗忘了.加油哦.老师相信你们下次会更好.
下面复习上节课的关键句型

孩子们都很棒.现在因为孩子们的人数都在5个以内,所以老师能给所有孩子机会一个个的进行练习和检查.
接着学习今天的基本句型:

这是一个初中生的句型.但是如果适当练习,二年级的小朋友们也能学的很好哦.

先讲解并学习这个句子.然后孩子们开始发言提出解决办法.他们想出的办法很多.比较可行的有
1. FEED HIM MILK.
2. GIVE HIM FOOD.

4. MAKE FACES.
5. SING A SONG(lullaby)
6. GIVE HIM A HUG.
7.TELL HIM A STORY
可能还有其他的方法,不过我记不得了.
再问,除了how can you make him laugh.还能想到其他的make him do sth. 的句子吗?
leo ye第一个举手,连续说了两个.其他孩子的思路一下子就打开了.下面是我能想到孩子们想出的句子.
how can you make him smile?
/make him play?/jump/hop/eat/drink/run/ride a bike/climb a tree/wake up/sing/cry/其他的实在想不起来了.不过孩子们真的能想出来不少呢.
下面就来看课文咯.很有趣的一个play.
先讨论图中的人物,猜猜他们的身份.然后猜猜who is mike?
下面开始上新课。我还是跟平时一样,先挑出了几个重要的句型来用游戏的方式熟悉一下:
1. look at me jump!.孩子们还想出了很多的动词来,比如look at me run/sing/skip等等
2. show me how you can jump!类似的,只要把jump换成其他动词都可以有很多组合
3. It is time to sleep. 孩子们想出很多类似的句子:It is time to leave/go to school/swim.
It is time for bed. 这是另外一个句型,意思相同,不过全部换成名词。
4. So am I.
So do I.
So can I.
So will I.
这一个部分其实对于完全没有语法知识的孩子是有点难度的。但是很令我惊讶的是,孩子们很快就掌握了。
比如,我说 They will play together. 孩子们就有人举手说So will I.真的很厉害。
最后就来看看这个小剧本的后半部分。我们边看边解释边笑。
约好了早上9点半在梁洲盆景园碰头.大家陆陆续续到达.10点开始正式上课咯.
复习依然是smile, mike!孩子们看起来回去都好好复习过了,都比较熟悉剧本中的台词,每个小朋友都得到一个快乐币!
在学习新课文之前,老师用玩单词卡片的方式跟小朋友们学习了一些新单词。跟课文没有什么关系。今天的课文单词比较少。主要是让孩子们开始接触单词卡并慢慢习惯。我们学了一些比较难的词,比如airline, message, dial,captain等等。不过经过几轮的学习,大部分孩子们都能做到看图说出单词,或者至少看单词读出正确的音来了。
最后我们开始学习第三单元的最后一课了。
先问了小朋友课文中的前两个问题。每个小朋友都很积极的举手回答。比如: I live with my mum and Dad (or Grand parents and parents).
There are four people in my family, my father, my mother, my grandpa and me.
看过课文后问孩子们what do you like to do with your family?
回答各种各样。

早上9点40,5个小朋友在leo cao家碰头了。
先来复习。
小朋友都很棒。回去都复习了上一节课的单词。我们用了竞赛的方式来复习。因为大家对单词卡片都很熟悉,所以老师用了说英文单词含义让小朋友说出单词的方式。比如:now I am thirsty, so I want to _____. 小朋友们说出drink。再比如:this is one part of my body. it is under the mouth. 小朋友说出chin。
复习竞赛结束,小朋友们得到奖励的贴画一张。开始学习新的单词卡。
这都是一些生活中常用的蔬菜,我挑选了一些大家一起学习。孩子们很快就掌握了大半。
下面正式学习新的课文咯。因为学过单词,请孩子们自己来读课文,居然都读的不错。我们边读边问一些问题,让孩子们更清楚的了解文章的内容。最后问,what does James do with Gram?
孩子们凭借回忆回答: go fishing, ride the bike, play chess, water flowers, pick plums
请孩子们自己回去再复习课文,争取下一次就会背诵哦。孩子们的能力超过我的想象。今天两个leo, apple和kitty都非常认真和投入,学习的效率特别高。
当我问道,who knows what is the other way to say " lift me up"? 马上有孩子抢着说pick me up。看来大家对上一次what I like about spring 的印象还是很深呢。
上课50分钟。
一起在leo cao家看了家庭影院,《米奇圣诞嘉年华》时间一个多小时。
正好中午,做鸟兽散,各自回家吃饭。
12月28日,星期六。
经过了 一周的阴霾天气,拥有这样一个阳光灿烂,空气质量良的蓝天下的周末,真是太快乐了。
天气预报说今天最低温度可达零下7度。我们相约在玄武湖环洲的麦当劳碰头。这里就在湖边,可以欣赏到美景,在室内也可以休息,实在是最佳的聚会场所。
10点开始上课咯。
五个小朋友开始轮流背诵课文。上一周的gram and me只学了一半,课文难度明显的增加了。但是小朋友们还是非常棒的哦。有三个小朋友leo cao, leo ye和kitty都能基本熟练的看图背诵课文。太厉害了。只有短短的一周哦。而且上一周还有学业和圣诞节的各种活动呢。alvin和apple也明显复习过课文,不过还无法做到全文背诵。请继续努力。下周我们再来一次!
我抽取了课文后面一半内容当中的四个单词和词组做成卡片学习,分别是pot,jam,salt和read on and on。

这时老师问,what does Kitty's father add to his cup?此时kitty的爸爸正往他的咖啡杯里面加糖呢?
马上有小朋友反应过来,问老师糖怎么说,然后回答Kitty's Dad adds sugar to his cup.
this jam will taste good!问小朋友们图中的孩子吃到李子酱了吗?没有,所以当你们看到好吃的东西,还没有吃到嘴里的时候,可以这么说哦。
这里的do就是make jam的意思哦。
奶奶小时候大概吃过苦,所以没有上过多少学。但是图中的小男孩以为奶奶的学校很小,所以骄傲的告诉奶奶自己的学校很大。奶奶也没有多加解释。文章很打动人。这里老师答应孩子们如果认真听课,课后会讲一个跟这里的little有关的小故事(其实就是双关意思的a little patient有小病人和耐心一点的双重意义的故事)
最后一句很有用啊,要学会。这样孩子们正睡前就可以这样求妈妈或者爸爸给自己读故事了。
let‘s read more这一句也很有用哦。可以求爸爸妈妈再给自己读一个故事。其实这里还隐藏了一个用法
read sb sth和read sth to sb用法是可以互换的哦。
说到三只小猪,孩子们马上兴奋的把音乐课上看到的电影歌曲表演给我看。汉语的,也非常有趣哦。
so are you的用法以前教过,所以孩子们很快理解了。
这一篇课文比较长。但是因为积累了一定的量,所以今天的学习任务虽然不轻孩子们还是在近一个小时内非常配合的。真棒。
马上期末考试了。不过考试后还有两天复习,所以下周要基本能看图复述哦。

早上10点半,6个学生在玄武湖相聚了。
麦当劳里面的音乐声音有点大。不过比起外面的寒风,有点噪音就忍忍吧。
今天原本是要学习加州课文中的一篇关于chinese new year的文章。不过个人感觉跟中国的国情有点出入。所以就把课文放到一边。学习一些生活中常用的内容吧。借用了一些年前我们学习的课文中的词组。
主题如下:
how do you celebrate chinese new year?
1. go to visit relatives
2. go travelling
3. eat dumplings/fish/chinese new year cake.(顺便解释了鱼和余同音,糕和高同音的问题)
4. set off fire crakers/watch fireworks
5.put up red couplets
6. get together with family members
7. stay up late
8. watch chinese new year Gala
9.get red packets/envelopes
为了让孩子们感兴趣,用了动作的方法来帮助他们记忆。孩子们玩的挺开心。
下节课开始我们会暂停一段加州课文的内容。使用其他的教材来学习。等学生们的阅读水平有所提高再继续使用加州教材。

10点30,5个小朋友在麦当劳相聚。
最近暂停加州课文,开始 《青蛙和蟾蜍》系列的故事。
这系列的故事比起之前孩子们的课文都长很多。比如今天的《故事》就有460个词的阅读量。对孩子们来说的确有一个很大的飞跃和不同。
1.老师要求孩子们提前预习了故事的内容
2.这一次上课老师和同学们各自使用自己的课本,而不是像过去一样看老师的大字课本,这样就要求同学们要特别专注才能知道老师讲解到哪里了
3.老师先有感情的朗读课文,边读边讲解,并且随时问问题,并检查每个同学是否跟上了老师的节奏。之后才用单词卡片的形式,学习课文中出现的6个关键词组:
feel well
think of a story
walk up and down
stand on his head
pour a glass of water over his head
bang his head against the wall
这些词组提前由leo cao的妈妈制作成了电子单词卡片分享给大家。上课的时候根据同学们的回答问题和最后单词卡片中掌握的情况奖励快乐币,记录助教是kitty妈妈,在此一并鸣谢。
因为故事的内容十分有趣,老师朗读的时候,特别用粗粗的嗓音来表演toad,细细的声音来表演frog,然后加上动作。说到

这几个动作的时候,孩子们都笑的好开心啊
上课用时近一个小时,孩子们大部分时间都很专注。因为第一次自己看课文,个别会有跟不上老师节奏的。老师会随时停下来请同学们接着老师的内容往下读。慢慢的,大部分孩子都开始跟上老师的节奏了。这是孩子们开始逐渐进入自主学习的阶段了,要加油哦。
最后,两个leo对6个关键词掌握的最好,全部都会了,其他的小朋友也至少记住了2个,请记住回去复习哦。
下节课老师会继续检查这6个关键词的复习情况,并鼓励同学们回去复习文章,尽量做到下周可以复述故事。注意,只要会复述就可以,不需要完全背诵下来。毕竟这篇文章的长度接近500单词了。加油哦,同学们!

三个小朋友开小火车来讲故事。除了leo cao略有点不熟,个别错误之外,都很棒哦。希望其他的三个小朋友下一次也可以讲故事,体会到说英语故事的快乐。

这个故事讲起来可以车轱辘转的讲好几遍。凡是会复述的几个孩子都有这种感觉。很有趣。

这个故事比起上一次的the story难度要大一点。因为里面有不少生词,重复的频率也不如上一次的内容。但是故事的连贯性很好。孩子们很喜欢。特别是说到toad丢失了list之后就什么都做不了的时候,大家都觉得toad很好笑。

最后说到小狗的名字叫做wags,老师调侃说,因为小狗总是摇尾巴,所以ike会叫他“摇尾小狗”。
