依然相信有圣诞老人

傻娃太可爱了，依然相信有圣诞老人，一进家门就里里外外找圣诞礼物，连窗外都找了。可惜我没准备。临睡前娃又找了一圈，还是没有。看着觉得有点可怜，多失望啊。我问他是不是忘了给圣诞老人准备牛奶和吃的了？他回答说是。让他准备好也许圣诞老人会来的。

娃爹也说为了让他充满美好的向往，今天给他补个礼物。

为了自圆其说，我还得配合以圣诞老人的口气编一封信说明今年为啥晚了。因为去年就让娃述职了一年的表现，圣诞老人给了礼物回了信。今年娃说还要给圣诞老人写封信。这英文创作机会和热情必须保护和鼓励啊！

每年圣诞是父母说谎最多，脑洞开的最大的时候。

North Pole

Dear W,

Sorry for the late gift!
My elves were very busy working on toys in their workshops. Rudolph and the rest of the reindeer were excited and looking forward to our long trip on Christmas. The weather is very cold in the North Pole. Unfortunately, the reindeer caught badly cold. They kept sneezing and coughing. Some gifts fell off because of their strong sneeze. We had to stop and picked them up, so we wasted a lot of time. What’s more, I was stuck in a chimney in London while trying to send a present to a polite boy like you.
After all, I finally arrived here though a little bit late. Hope you like the gift!
Have a Merry Christmas and keep being a good boy in the New Year!
